Terms of Service
These terms define the agreement between you and ProxyNesia when you access our website, APIs, dashboard, or proxy network.
Last updated: July 7, 2026
Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using ProxyNesia, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.
Eligibility and accounts
- You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and comply with laws applicable to you.
- Account information must be accurate and kept current.
- You are responsible for safeguarding credentials, API keys, proxy endpoints, and activity performed through your account.
- You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Service access
ProxyNesia provides access to rotating, sticky, targeted, residential, and datacenter proxy capabilities as described on the applicable plan or order. Availability, coverage, protocols, performance, and exit inventory may vary over time and by location.
We may modify, maintain, replace, limit, or discontinue parts of the service when reasonably necessary. We will try to provide notice of material changes when practical.
Billing, renewals, and refunds
- Prices, bandwidth, duration, and renewal terms are shown at checkout or agreed through our official sales channel.
- Fees are due in advance unless otherwise agreed and may exclude taxes or third-party charges.
- Because network resources are provisioned immediately, payments are generally non-refundable once usage begins, except where required by law or explicitly agreed in writing.
- Chargebacks, payment fraud, or unpaid balances may result in immediate suspension.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring your use is lawful, authorized, and consistent with our Acceptable Use Policy. You must respect third-party rights, website terms, authentication barriers, reasonable rate limits, and data-protection obligations.
Suspension and termination
We may investigate, limit, suspend, or terminate access for security threats, payment issues, legal requirements, material breaches, network harm, or suspected abusive activity. You may stop using the service at any time.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms—will remain effective.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that every requested IP, ASN, city, or country will always be available, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Any uptime target or service-level commitment applies only when explicitly included in your plan or a separate written agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProxyNesia will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption.
Our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid to ProxyNesia for the affected service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms to reflect legal, security, or product changes. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the revised terms. Contact us before continuing if you do not agree.
