  • Trafficking, exploitation, child sexual abuse material, terrorism, or any content or activity prohibited by applicable law.
03

Abuse of networks and communications

04

Data, content, and intellectual property

  • Do not collect, process, disclose, or sell personal data without a lawful basis and required notices or consent.

05

Restricted high-risk use

Use involving healthcare, financial decisions, critical infrastructure, government systems, elections, biometric surveillance, or other high-risk environments requires appropriate authorization, safeguards, and legal review. Contact us before deploying a use case that could materially affect people’s rights or safety.

06

Security requirements

  • Protect credentials and do not publicly share proxy endpoints or API keys.
  • Apply reasonable rate limits, access controls, monitoring, and incident-response procedures.
  • Promptly stop activity and notify us if credentials are compromised or traffic becomes abusive.
07

Enforcement

We may automatically or manually investigate suspected abuse. Depending on risk and severity, we may warn, rate-limit, block destinations, suspend access, preserve relevant evidence, terminate accounts, or cooperate with network providers and lawful authorities.

We may take immediate action without prior notice when necessary to prevent imminent harm, protect the network, or comply with law.

08
